Facilities Rental
Legacy Park offers a wide variety of facilities and locations suited to everything from small organizational meetings to formal business gatherings to large events and festivals. We’re committed to the prospect of bringing increased life to the park and welcome inquiries from within or beyond the community.
Rate Schedule
Events and Festivals
Any event with expected attendance of 500 or higher will be charged $2,000 per day. Parking must be coordinated with nearby schools and churches. Portalets are the responsibility of the event organizer. Placement, drop off and pickup of portalets must be coordinated with Legacy Park staff.
Hawkins Dining Hall
Located at the rear of the administration building, Hawkins Hall is available for larger meetings and is equipped with tables, chairs and access to audio/video equipment. Includes a warming kitchen for catering with ice machine, refrigerator, food warmers, and microwave. Download the Info Sheet.
Basic space rental:

Auditorium
A small auditorium and stage area is located in the main administration building. Table and chairs are included in the rental as well as use of the stage area and a small adjoining break room. Audio/visual equipment is also available. Download the Info Sheet.

Cochran Building
An 8,000 square foot all-purpose activity building with vaulted ceiling. Chairs and limited tables available. Download the Info Sheet.

Dairy Barn
5,088 square foot rustic all-purpose building with a stone and stained wood interior and wraparound porch overlooking the meadow, pond, and woodlands. Bathroom facilities available in a separate building. No HVAC, but space heaters are permitted and open windows and ceiling fans keep the space cool in the summer. Maximum capacity 100 people. Leigh Cottage
Access to meeting space with tables and chairs available in a stand alone building. Includes additional break out rooms. Download the Info Sheet.

The Williams Suite
Access to two furnished rooms and a private bathroom, ideal for a small meeting or quiet workspace. Download the Info Sheet.

Outdoor Space
Access to outdoor space and picnic tables. Legacy Park has a pond, walking trails, play equipment, and open space to set up activities.

Gymnasium and Fields
