World Tai Chi Weekend

FREEApril 28th through the 30th will be a weekend of Tai Chi-Qigong events and opportunities sponsored by the Tai Chi 4 L.I.F.E. (Longevity, Increased balance & strength, Flexibility and Energy) Cooperative, kicking-off with two free community events.
Friday evening, 6-8pm, features an Open House with hors d’oeuvres to learn about the Cooperative. Then, Saturday from 9:30-11am, join them for the World Tai Chi-Qigong Day celebration. No registration required. All are welcome.
