Once a home for orphaned children following the Civil War, our beloved property continues its legacy of care—now as a place where families can put down roots and thrive. Phase I features 66 thoughtfully designed homes, blending seamlessly into the park’s peaceful setting and offering access to all the city’s great schools, services, and green space.
