Tai Chi-Qigong are ancient full brain and body internal arts that promote both energy cleansing and enhancing. They focus on building one’s health first, then fitness comes later. These methods calm the nervous system and help re-establish central equilibrium in the brain-body.
Come out and join Tai Chi-Qigong 4 L.I.F.E. teacher Heidi Made for an introductory practice of Tai Chi-Qigong. Heidi enjoys moving slowly with a yin approach to the Tai Chi form. We will practice developing connections in our bodies while coordinating our breath with the movements as we strengthen our ability to be present in a relaxed state.
From February 26 – April 23, 2022, Heidi will introduce you to myriad Tai Chi-Qigong principles and methods to “balance your life.” Wear loose fitting clothing and low-wedge (sneakers) shoes. These introductory practice sessions are free.
