Join Compassionate Atlanta for “Serenity Within: Exploring Yoga Nidra,” a powerful form of guided meditation that fosters deep relaxation and inner awareness, allowing participants to access a state of conscious relaxation, promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Co-sponsored by Legacy Decatur, all proceeds collected benefit the Frank Hamilton School of Music, a nonprofit tenant at Legacy Park. The cost per class is a suggested $20 donation or pay what you can. Enter through Hawkins Dining Hall at the rear of the Administration Building.
