Please join the City of Decatur and nonprofit Legacy Decatur on Saturday, Dec 9, to kick off the city’s long-awaited Bicentennial celebrations! We’ll have a youth 1-mile race at 8:45am as well as a 5k at 9:30am along the park’s beautiful meadow and woodland trails.
The proceeds of this race benefit the Bicentennial Fund, which supports legacy projects that bring the community together, repopulate the city’s tree canopy, and invest in affordable housing initiatives.
