DESCRIPTION:Paint Love invites you to a series of joyful explorations to help us raise money for our Summer of Wonder Art Camps’ tuition costs. These adult camps are designed to nurture your inner artist through inspiration\, space\, and the necessary time to reflect. \nWe approach this fundraiser as a series of mini day retreats. We’ll meet on the applicable Sundays from 1pm-5pm. Each afternoon will consist of a catered lunch by a local restaurant\, a guided art project by one of Paint Love’s teaching artists\, a restorative yoga practice\, and a sound bath to close the day.  \nEach session costs $300. The event will take place in Decatur’s Legacy Park on a two-loop 1.5 mile course with grass\, dirt and rolling hills. The former Decatur Craft Beer Festival\, now rechristened SUDS (Simply Us Doing Our Share)\, returns Saturday\, October 15\, for an afternoon of great beer\, live music\, delicious food\, and the beautiful\, spacious surroundings of Decatur’s Legacy Park. \nTickets are available here for $65 and include access to 70 independent breweries\, plus a SUDS souvenir glass. Proceeds fund grants to local Decatur nonprofits. \nLegacy Park\, conveniently located on the southeastern side of Decatur\, is just 1.3 miles from downtown and easily accessible via Marta rail. Take the Blue Line to the Avondale Station\, then head south on the East Decatur Greenway PATH.
