All Levels Slow Moving Yoga w/Jazz
75 minute, slow moving, all-levels jazz playlist class with a feel-good focus. Limited props available; bring your own blocks, strap and (if desired) blanket/eye pillows for savasana. Vaccinated and boosted only. Masks on until you’re on your mat. Restrooms available.
$15 due at time of class, cash or Venmo. A portion of class proceeds go to the care and maintenance of Legacy Park.
